Roatan Investors S.A. works with a network of independent partners who introduce prospective investors to our projects. If a partner referred you, submitted your contact details, or manages your relationship with us, that partner can see your name and contact details, the investments you've expressed interest in, and any private notes or status updates they've recorded about you. Partners never see your account password. A partner's own sub-partners see only limited, masked contact details for the people that partner has referred. If you have concerns about your association with a particular partner, contact us using the details below.
We use a small number of first-party cookies to run the platform — to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, secure the Google sign-in flow, and credit the partner who referred you — plus local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies of any kind.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform, strictly to the extent necessary for them to do so: Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (to process messages you send our AI Investment Concierge), Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google), and our cloud hosting and storage providers. In addition, pages that display a map or a stock photograph load those files directly from Esri/ArcGIS, OpenStreetMap and Unsplash, which means those providers receive your IP address, browser type and the page you came from — this happens in your browser and we send them nothing else about you. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Roatan Investors S.A., our users, or the public.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, including records kept by a partner as part of the referral program described above. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. One category is deliberately permanent: we keep an unalterable record of every partner referral code we have ever issued and of how each lead was attributed to a partner, so that a commission dispute can be settled years later and a retired code is never reissued to someone else. Those records can include a partner’s name or email address and are not removed when an account is closed. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. You can download a copy of the information we hold about you at any time from your profile page. To correct your details, edit them in your profile. To request deletion of your account, or to ask for the private notes a partner has recorded about you, email us at the address below and we will action it within 30 days.
California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request its correction or deletion, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" — we do neither, so no opt-out action is required. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws have similar rights to confirm, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling — activities we do not engage in. Our platform is intended for adults and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or submit information to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 and will promptly delete any such information if we become aware of it.
Roatan Investors S.A. is based in Honduras and uses service providers located in the United States and elsewhere to operate this platform. By using our services, you understand your information will be processed in Honduras, the United States, and any other country where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those of your home jurisdiction. Our services are not directed at residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we do not market to those territories, and we do not accept investments from residents of them. If you are resident in the EEA or the UK, please do not submit your personal information to us.
